On 22 June 2017, the National Bank of Ukraine, upon the proposal of the Deposit Guarantee Fund, issued Decision No. 394-D On Revoking the Banking License and Liquidating Diamantbank PJSC.
On 24 April 2017, pursuant to Article 76 of the Law of Ukraine On Banks and Banking, the NBU declared Diamantbank PJSC insolvent.
