On 12 June 2018, Kyiv will host Finclusion UA: Forum on Financial Inclusion in the National Cultural and Art and Museum Complex MystetskyiArsenal.
The key objective of the forum is to include people in financial services and determine how business and the state should cooperate on implementing financial inclusion, which global practices of creating a financially inclusive society have proven to be effective and which of these can be applicable in Ukraine to foster cashless settlements and financial security for the general public, and how financial inclusion will impact the economy in the future.
The event covers panel discussions, case exchanges, speeches of experts from Azerbaijan, Poland, Singapore, Sweden and leading players in the Ukrainian financial market. In particular, experts sharing their experience will include Ian Taylor, Vice President of Business Development Europe, Government & Public Sector at MasterCard Europe, Gabriel Söderberg, Adviser at the Financial Stability Department of the Riksbank of Sweden, Scott Bales, Managing Director of advisory firm Innovation Labs Asia, Fırat Sabit, Mastercard Advisor for the Cashless Azerbaijan project, and others.
This forum will be the first grand platform for discussing financial inclusion at the highest level. Bank CEOs, representatives of state institutions, top retail, digital and insurance companies and other players in the financial market.
Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine Yakiv Smolii and Country Manager of MasterCard Europe representative office in Ukraine Vira Platonovawill open the forum.
