The National Bank of Ukraine has terminated funds transfer transactions performed through the domestic payment system 24NONSTOP run by IT Finance LLC payment institution.
The decision to apply this enforcement measure on the domestic payment system 24NONSTOP was taken by the regulator pursuant to paragraph 41.6 of Article 41 of the Law of Ukraine On Payment Systems and Money Transfer in Ukraine due to the violation by the latter of the requirements of the applicable laws governing the operation of payment systems and NBU regulations requiring the termination of financial operations in such cases.
The NBU has obliged IT Finance LLC to notify the participants of the domestic payment system 24NONSTOP of the termination of funds transfer transactions performed through this system.
The operation of the domestic payment system 24NONSTOP was terminated from 5 January 2016 until violations are remedied by IT Finance LLC.
