On 22 September 2020, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) approved Serhii Naumov to the position of the chairman of the management board of the state-owned Oschadbank based on the consideration of documents and the interview held by the NBU.
In June 2020, Serhii Naumov won the contest to the position of the chair of the management board of Oschadbank.
Since September 2014, Serhii Naumov is the chair of the management board at Piraeus Bank ICB.
A chairman of the board of a state-owned bank is appointed and relieved from office by the supervisory board of the bank following the competitive selection. The term in office of the chairman of the board is five years. The chairman of the board takes office after the NBU gives its consent thereto in writing.
