On May 23-24, 2019, the National Bank of Ukraine together with the National Bank of Poland held an annual research conference "Central Bank Communication: From Mystery to Transparency".

The key event of the conference was a speech by Cecilia Skinsley from the Bank of Sweden on "How to open and why to open Central Bank".
