On June 10-11, 2021, the National Bank of Ukraine together with the National Bank of Poland held an annual research conference "The Policy Toolkit for a World in Flux".

The key events of the conference were speeches by Alan Blinder from Princeton University on "Central Banking in the Time of COVID" and Mikhail Golosov from the University of Chicago on "Inequality, Business Cycles, and Monetary Policy".
