On 12 December 2025, at 16:00 (Kyiv time), the National Bank of Ukraine hosted an online Open Research Seminar. During the seminar, Matthias Neuenkirch (Trier University, CESifo), Maria Repko (Centre for Economic Strategy), and Enzo Weber (University of Regensburg, IZA) presented their research “Hawks and Doves: Financial Market Perception of Western Support for Ukraine”.
